Comest Italiana S.p.A.
The company Comest Italiana S.p.A. was founded in 1972 by brothers Bricchi with the intention to continue and expand the business of tanning hides and international trade began in the ’30s by THEIR mother, Mrs. Luigina, with a workshop of leather, leather and accessories for the manufacture of footwear IN Fiorenzuola d’Arda (PC). With the birth of Comest Italiana S.p.A., the host headquarters administrative offices, malls and warehouses, with an area of approximately 6,000 square feet, was transferred to Via Emilia Parmense.
Since the 90’s, in addition to the international trade of leather, thanks to a diversification strategy, Comest Italiana S.p.A. come to deal with the real estate industry through the acquisition of assets ranging from residential to commercial, office, hotel, port and logistics.
